The Society has developed a five-year strategic plan that sets out the broad parameter of development.
The Society's Strategic Plan was formally agreed by the Board of Trustees in July 2003 and in order to ensure that the plan had current focus and relevance, the Senior Team and the Board of Trustees undertook a "refresh" of the document in May 2005.
The current developments that are being worked on are:
- Domiciliary Care
- Post-16 Services
We are in the process of developing two further 5 bedded education/residential units.
- Pre-16 Services
We have recently opened a new five bedded termly boarding unit to support students attending Hope Lodge School.
