Volunteers Committee

We are looking for a wide range of people who are keen to help us build upon our events calendar and raise awareness of autism.
We are seeking individuals with previous experience or those who are willing to learn more about the Society and form a team of volunteers to help with local promotion of events taking place in Southampton throughout 2012.
This role can be flexible around your current commitments, giving as much of your time as you choose.
This role will ideally include:
- Organsine events
- Attend events in your local area
- Identifying local promotional opportunities
- Distribution of promotional material locally, for example approaching local shops and hotels to take posters and leaflets
- Attending local face to face promotion opportunities
- Volunteers will be fully briefed about each event and supported by the Fundraising Team
