The Hampshire Autistic Society offers a comprehensive range of outreach resources to service users in Hampshire and beyond.
Library
The HAS library has a wide range of books, available to borrow as well as some to purchase.
Books vary from basic textbooks on Autism and Asperger Syndrome to accounts by well known writers such as Tony Atwood, Rita Jordan, Lorna Wing, Temple Grandin, relating their personal and professional experiences. We also have books offering practical help and advice.
The Hampshire Autistic Society subscribes to The International Journal of Autism and Good Autism Practice, both interesting and informative publications.
In addition to books and periodicals we also have a small collection of videos available for loan.
The Hampshire Autistic Society Library is open 9.30am -
4.30pm weekdays. Please contact Carole Hiorns on 023 8063 3951 to arrange a convenient appointment.
