Standsted Park Proms (Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July 2008)
We had another successful year at Stansted Park Proms and raised over £2400, which is an amazing amount and once again is more than last year' total. Over the last 5 years, we have raised over £6700, which is fantastic.
Many people are now coming to see us because they expect to see us there, and were as usual very friendly. The raffle ran well and the prizes were really good.
Once again the stories we heard this year and the help people needed are just unbelievable, and it is nice that we have been able to point people in the right direction. We had people tell us how much the charity had helped them since last year.
