"An Audience With..." popular Wave 105 DJ Steve Power

The funny breakfast DJ started the evening by getting the crowd up and playing a game of heads and tails.

Steve entertained a packed room at the Rose Bowl with tales of his rise to fame on the most popular radio show on the south coast - Wave 105.

Steve talked about a number of funny stories that have happened to him over the years as well as some of the great people he has worked with such as an interview with Debbie Harry and many more...

After the first half guests enjoyed a hot supper before Steve (who is Patron of the Society) had them up again in the second half to take part in 'Universal Challenge' which appears on the show.

The horn and bell worked well as the guests competed against each other to win themselves a prize.

The second half was a questions and answers round. The guests didn't hold back as some very interesting questions were asked and Steve gallantly answered them!

A raffle was drawn with some great prizes won including two people to join Steve on the breakfast show including breakfast with the team after.

It was a fantastic night, raising over £2,800. We are also delighted to announce that AND Magazine has adopted us for 2008!
