Roaring 1920's Ball (Friday 21st September 2007)

Nearly 200 guests including ex Southampton footballer, Mark Dennis joined Hampshire Autistic Society for their Annual Ball themed in 'The Roaring 1920's' at The Botley Park Hotel, Southampton, on Friday 21st September. Guests turned out as Gangsters and Molls and were greeted with a Bombay Royale cocktail before being shown into the fantastic themed room while the jazz singer entertained with classics including hits from Guys and Dolls. A delicious 3-course meal was served followed by an auction and then Flapper Girls kicked off the dancing with their display of The Charleston. The casino tables were busy as everyone tried to gain the most chips and win the top prize. Over £14,000 was raised, which is a fantastic amount.

Next years theme is Las Vegas Show Girls, and the Ball will be on Friday 26th September, make sure you keep the date free!
