a great response we had to this year's Annual Quiz
Night on Friday 6th February and with twenty teams
entering we were in for an exciting night! After many years of winning the 1st place trophy, the top title was stolen away from, 'The Old Ruins' by 'Quiz Team Aguilera'! Simon Tooley and his 'Quizmaster in training' son Alex, hosted the event, which raised
over £1000. We would like to say a huge thank you to Allison Hampshire and her team who kindly donated their £120 quiz winnings to the Society. Next years Quiz Night will be held on Friday 5th February. |
