Residential Services

All residential homes are registered with CQC and hold a good star rating.  The emphasis is to encourage individuals to fully participate and be involved in the day to day running of their home. It is essential that all individuals who reside at these homes enjoy life as much as possible while developing their daily living skills.

In order to support this individual to achieve their goal of living in their own flat, the support reflects the development of skills needed to be independent, such as managing finances and paying bills, spending time alone and accessing community facilities independently.

Individuals are encouraged to enjoy and follow their own chosen interests whilst being encouraged to diversify and try new experiences.     

Each support package embraces the principles and practices of Person Centred Planning and Approaches, where enabling choice and individuality are of paramount importance. The philosophy of each home is to support each person to develop their level of independence as fully as possible and achieve their goals.

• We encourage full social inclusion and believe that for those who want to, they are given the fullest opportunity to develop appropriate social networks.    
• We support the opportunity for higher education and employment where appropriate and all support plans are focused on the individual and the needs specific to them.
