The Society has developed an updated five-year strategic plan that sets out the broad parameter of development.
The Society's Strategic Plan was formally agreed by the Board of Trustees in July 2003 and in order to ensure that the plan had current focus and relevance, the Senior Team and the Board of Trustees undertook a "refresh" of the document in May 2005. I am pleased to advise that a further "refresh" has been undertaken for 2010 - 2015. This document sets out the strategic plan (direction) of Hampshire Autistic Society for the next five years. As the Society operates in an environment which is subject to external influences, the Strategic Plan will be reviewed every 2 to 3 years to ensure that the direction that the Society is taking take account of these influences. We present this Strategic Plan to you as a broad direction for the Society; the specific objectives will be updated on a regular basis to ensure that the direction of the Society takes account of any internal or external influences.
