Internal
It is the Society’s policy to ensure all its staff are trained to the very highest standards.
To facilitate this we have a robust annual training programme of in-house specialist training in the care of children and adults on the autism spectrum.
The training is delivered by qualified specialist trainers who form the Trainers’ Group within the Society. Training delivery is monitored for quality assurance purposes through training observations and course feedback and evaluation.
External
The Society also provides individually tailored, specialist training to other professionals and external organisations.
